I recently visited this dealership for the first time about two weeks ago. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I am very big on customer service and this staff did not disappoint. My vehicle was serviced and I am pleased. The wait time was reasonable and I received updates on when it would be ready. I will be returning. Second visit. Again, they did not disappoint. Another "10" visit. Routine service visit again today (2/17/20). Staff did not disappoint. Another "10". Vehicle still running like new. Work performed was exactly as it should be. Another routine service visit today (11/12/20). Very pleased with the service and the staff. Routine visit again today (12/14/21). Again, they did not disappoint. Service was timely. Staff very courteous and friendly. I am pleased with the service.
I had the pleasure of working with Travis Moody today. His knowledge of the task at hand was second to none. I had tires swapped out and he mentioned a deal where I could get two tires free! I immediately took him up on that offer instead of just replacing two tires. He made sure that everything was taken care of, and in a timely fashion. I would have to say this was my best experience at a dealership to date.
